Self-service booking
Let customers book themselves online
Give clients a link they can use 24/7 to pick a service, staff member, and time — bookings land directly on your calendar.
Shareable booking link
- Go to Settings → Shareable booking link.
- Copy your unique URL.
- Share via email, SMS, social bio, or embed on your website.
- Customers select service → staff (or any available) → date & time → confirm.
Google Business Profile
Add your Fiyr booking link to Google so customers can book from Search and Maps:
- Open Settings → Google Business Profile in Fiyr.
- Follow the steps to add your booking URL to your GBP listing.
- Google may take a few days to show the Book button on your profile.
Booking configuration
Under Settings → Booking Configuration, control:
- Slot size — minimum booking increment (15, 30, 60 min).
- Week start day — Sunday or Monday.
- Cancellation window — how far in advance clients can cancel online.
Booking policies
Under Settings → Booking Policies, set rules such as:
- How far in advance customers can book.
- Maximum appointment duration.
- Deposit requirements for high-value services.
- No-show policies.
Confirmation messages
Customize what customers receive after booking under Settings → Customer Messages. Edit templates for confirmation, changes, and cancellations. Include your business name, address, and cancellation policy.
