Collect consent and check clients in

Create forms

1. Open Settings → Forms.
2. Create a new form — consent waiver, health questionnaire, intake survey, etc.
3. Add fields: text, checkbox, signature, multiple choice.
4. Attach the form to specific services or require it for all new clients.

Check-in kiosk

Turn a tablet into a self-service lobby check-in screen:

1. Go to Settings → Check-in Kiosk.
2. Enable kiosk mode on the device you want to use in the lobby.
3. Customers find their appointment by name or phone number.
4. They complete any required forms and confirm arrival.
5. Staff see the check-in on the calendar in real time.
