Sell products, memberships, and gift cards

Products and inventory

Under Settings → Products:

• Add retail items with name, SKU, price, and stock count.
• Track inventory levels and get low-stock alerts.
• Manage suppliers and purchase orders.
• Sell products at POS alongside services.

Memberships

Create recurring client packages under Settings → Memberships — e.g. monthly blowout club, unlimited yoga pass. Track usage and renewal dates per customer.

Gift cards

1. Open Settings → Gift Cards.
2. Issue a new gift card with a starting balance.
3. Share the code with the recipient.
4. Apply the gift card balance at checkout — remaining balance is tracked automatically.

Discounts & coupons

Under Settings → Discounts & Coupons, create promotions:

• Percentage or fixed-amount discounts.
• Service-specific or sitewide codes.
• Expiration dates and usage limits.
