Setup guide
Get your business ready on Fiyr
Most businesses are live in under 30 minutes. Follow these steps in order — you can always change settings later.
Create your account
- Sign up at app.fiyr.io or download Fiyr from the App Store or Google Play.
- Enter your email and password, or continue with Google or Apple sign-in.
- Verify your email when prompted — some features stay limited until verification is complete.
Complete the onboarding wizard
After sign-up, the wizard walks you through the essentials:
- Business name — shown on booking pages and customer messages.
- Hours & timezone — controls when customers can book and when May (AI receptionist) answers.
- Contact details — phone, address, and website for your profile.
Update anytime under Settings → Business Profile.
Add your first services
- Open Settings → Service.
- Tap Add service and enter name, duration, and price.
- Assign which staff members can perform each service.
- Optionally group services under Settings → Service Categories.
Tip: Start with your top 5–10 services. You can add more anytime — customers only see what you publish.
Set up staff and schedules
- Go to Settings → Staff and add each team member.
- Set their working hours and days off.
- Link services they can perform so online booking shows accurate availability.
Solo practitioners can skip this — your own schedule is used by default.
Share your booking link
- Open Settings → Shareable booking link.
- Copy the link or send it directly by email or SMS.
- Add it to Instagram, your website, or Google Business Profile.
