Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Fiyr account and associated personal data from the Fiyr app. This page explains how, for App Store and Google Play account-deletion requirements.

1. How to delete in the app

1. Open the Fiyr app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile (or Settings).
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion. This cannot be undone.

You can also sign in on the web at app.fiyr.io and delete your account from your profile settings when available.

2. Before you delete

• If you are the only owner of a business, transfer ownership or delete that business first. Account deletion is blocked until an active business has another owner or is removed.
• Deleting your account removes your login, profile, and related authentication data (refresh tokens, email verification tokens, password-reset tokens, and linked social logins).

3. Permanent action

Once deleted, you cannot recover this account. You may create a new Fiyr account later with the same email if you choose.

4. Need help?

If you cannot use the app, email support@fiyr.io or privacy@fiyr.io from the address on your account and request deletion.
