Solutrons Inc. (“Fiyr”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a platform that enables businesses (“Clients”) to manage appointment booking via phone and SMS with their customers (“End Users”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information when providing our services and operating our websites.


1. Roles

  • For data processed on behalf of a Client about End Users, we act as a processor/service provider. The Client is the controller and determines the purposes of processing.
  • For data about our own prospects, website visitors, and account users, we act as a controller/business.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account & Contact Data: name, email, company, role, login credentials.
  • Telephony & Messaging Data: phone numbers, call/SMS logs and content, timestamps, and delivery metadata.
  • Booking Data: appointment details, preferences, and notes.
  • Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser/OS, diagnostics.
  • Support Data: communications with our support team.
  • Cookies & Similar Technologies: for analytics and preferences.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide and operate the Service (call/SMS processing, AI receptionist workflows, scheduling, confirmations, and reminders).
  • Authenticate users, secure the Service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot.
  • Bill for usage, provide support, and communicate service updates.
  • Analyze and improve the Service, including developing new features.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements.

4. Sharing & Subprocessors

We share data with vendors who help us deliver the Service, such as cloud hosting, telephony/messaging providers (e.g., carriers and CPaaS platforms like Twilio), analytics, and support tools. These vendors act as processors/service providers under written agreements. We may also share data as required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.


5. Mandatory Disclosure on Mobile Numbers

We respect your privacy regarding your mobile phone number.

  • We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Mobile information is only used to deliver the services you requested, such as appointment confirmations, reminders, or related support.
  • Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Clients may control retention of End User content (e.g., message logs) through their account settings where available.


7. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls, and logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.


8. Your Privacy Choices

  • Opt-Out of SMS: End Users can reply STOP to any SMS to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Account Choices: Clients may access, correct, or delete certain account information in the dashboard or by contacting us.
  • Marketing: We may send administrative or service-related messages. Where required, we will obtain consent before sending marketing messages.
  • Cookies: You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

9. End User Requests

When we process End User data on behalf of a Client, we redirect privacy requests (e.g., access or deletion) to the relevant Client and assist them in fulfilling such requests as required by law.


10. Children

Our Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect data from children.


11. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
